We’re well into the blistering heat of the Arizona summer, and I can’t believe how time is passing so quickly. This summer has been busy and as you can see, I haven’t posted much to my blog. At some point in the near future this blog will be going away, and something new will be appearing hopefully soon. (I have a few ideas.)

• Camping at Mingus Mountain
• Dbacks vs Yankees (Dbacks actually won)
• Catalina Island long weekend (Beautiful, relaxing long weekend)
• Lady Gaga concert (craziness)

Oh yeah, how can I forget my ACL (knee) reconstruction surgery? I had it done on the 6th and at a little over 2 weeks it is healing very nicely. I am off my crutches. I just use the immobilizer when walking and started physical therapy last week. Yeah, not a lot of fun.

I heard about QR codes a little bit ago, and I never really explored them until now... well, now that I have a nifty iPhone I've downloaded a QR code viewer app. It could shape up to be a fairly impressive marketing tool. We'll see if it takes flight. So in an attempt to be on the cusp of technology, I've started incorporating my QR code to my blog. We'll see if I can get some people to notice it. It's definitely noticeable on my facebook profile pic.
